We constantly train on how best to emotionally support each individual. This can look different every day, depending on what is going on in life. Through this focus, we have been successful with longer term placements than these individuals have had in the past.
We all know that our physical health is directly related to our mental well being. Our full time nurse’s main focus is on physical health. All meals are made from scratch with fresh ingredients daily. Our staff are trained to notice even the most minor changes in this area.
No matter what the individual spiritual beliefs, we find it important and healing to incorporate this into our services and care. Making space for this results in a calming connection and is a part of our whole person approach.

Providing stabilization in our 6 month crisis beds. Often these scenarios require 1:1 or 2:1 staffing ratios by our most highly experienced staff and supervisors. Located throughout central Minnesota.
